EXECUTIVE SUPPORT COACHING
The work you do deserves language.
1:1 coaching for Executive Assistants and Executive Business Partners working closely with founders, CEOs and senior leadership.
For when the role has grown, the expectations have shifted, or you need somewhere experienced and independent to think through what is happening and how you want to handle it.
THE PART OF THE ROLE THAT IS HARD TO NAME
The strongest executive support is often difficult to see from the outside.
It is knowing what needs the executive's attention and what does not. Seeing the issue behind the request. Knowing when to challenge, when to act and when to leave something alone. Making sure context, decisions and commitments do not disappear once the meeting ends.
That is judgement. And the more senior the role becomes, the more consequential those judgement calls become.
Most people learn that part of the job while doing it. Coaching gives you somewhere to examine the real situations in front of you with someone who knows the work from the inside.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
There is no fixed curriculum.
You might want to work through:
Your executive partnership Expectations, friction, trust, communication or how the relationship needs to change.
Scope and mandate What you should own, where to push, what belongs elsewhere and how to handle a role that has expanded without being properly defined.
Judgement and prioritisation What needs escalation, what you can resolve yourself and where your executive genuinely adds value.
Difficult conversations Feedback, boundaries, workload, performance, expectations or a conversation you need to get right.
Visibility and positioning How to explain work that creates value through judgement, context, prevention and follow-through.
Career direction A promotion, broader remit, new executive, new opportunity or what you want the next version of your role to look like.
The aim is to help you get better at the work that already matters.
WHERE THIS COMES FROM
I'm Tina Ramamurthy, founder of TMR & Co.
I spent a decade at Babbel, moving from executive support into building and leading the CEO Office as the company scaled from around €100m to more than €300m in revenue towards IPO readiness.
Working directly alongside the CEO, I saw executive support from both sides: doing the work myself, then building the structures and EA function around a much larger and more complex leadership environment.
Today, I work with scaling companies on leadership operations, CEO Office infrastructure and execution systems.
My coaching is practitioner-led. It comes from work I have actually done: supporting senior executives, building an EA function and operating close to leadership through growth, pressure and organisational change.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You are an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner already comfortable with the fundamentals, but the job is asking more of you than it used to.
Perhaps you are taking on broader responsibility, supporting a new or more demanding executive, trying to become more proactive without overstepping, preparing for a promotion, working through a difficult dynamic or being told to "be more strategic" without anyone defining what that means.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed question.
Sometimes the useful starting point is simply: something has changed, and I need to work out what to do with it.
This is probably not the right fit if you are looking mainly for CV support, interview preparation or basic EA training.
IF YOU ARE AN EXECUTIVE READING THIS
A strong EA reduces the amount of complexity you personally have to carry, and that capability develops through experience, feedback and reflection, not through job title alone.
Coaching gives your EA somewhere independent to work through the judgement calls that are difficult to examine in the middle of day-to-day execution.
Company invoicing is available.

HOW IT WORKS
01 · BEFORE THE SESSION
Once you have booked, send me a short note on what you would like to work through.
A few lines on what is happening, what feels difficult or unclear and what you would like to get from the conversation is enough.
I use that context to come into the session prepared.
02 · THE SESSION
Sessions are 60 minutes by video.
We focus on the situation in front of you. I ask questions, challenge assumptions where useful, share perspective from my own experience and help you turn the conversation into something practical.
You should leave with a sharper read on the situation and what to do next.
03 · BETWEEN SESSIONS
For the four-session package, there is time between conversations to put things into practice and see what changes.
If something genuinely time-sensitive comes up, you can email me for a quick steer.

What it becomes depends on where the work takes you.
