EXECUTIVE SUPPORT COACHING

The work you do deserves language.

1:1 coaching for Executive Assistants and Executive Business Partners working close to leadership.

For the moments when the role has grown, the work has become harder to name, and you want space to think clearly about your judgement, your mandate and what the role is becoming.

THE PART OF THE ROLE THAT IS HARD TO NAME

Most executive support work is only obvious when it is missing.

The meeting that should not have happened. The context your executive did not have to repeat. The decision that arrived in the room already half-shaped. The tension noticed before it became a problem.

From the outside, some of this looks administrative. Up close, it is judgement, timing, translation and pattern recognition. It is the work that helps leadership move with less drag.

But because it sits so close to administration, it often stays undernamed. The role grows. The mandate becomes fuzzy. More context lands with you, but the value of carrying it is not always visible.

This coaching sits in that gap. For Executive Assistants and Executive Business Partners who are already doing serious work close to leadership and want to understand it more clearly.

Clearer language. Stronger judgement. More visible value.

WHERE THIS COMES FROM

I’m Tina Ramamurthy, founder of TMR & Co.

I spent a decade at Babbel, moving from executive support into building and leading the CEO Office as the company scaled from €100m to more than €350m towards IPO readiness.

Working directly alongside the CEO, I built the operating infrastructure around leadership as the company scaled through shifting priorities and sustained pressure on the organisation. A significant part of that work was the EA function. I redesigned it so executive support could operate with clearer judgement, stronger shared context and more capacity to hold work on behalf of leadership.

Much of that work sat at the intersection of operations and communication, where many execution failures actually happen.

Today, I work with scaling companies on leadership operations, CEO Office infrastructure and execution systems. Alongside that, I coach Executive Assistants and Executive Business Partners who are growing into broader work close to leadership.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

  • You are an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner working close to a founder, CEO or leadership team.

  • You care about doing the work well, not just getting through it.

  • Your role has grown, or is beginning to grow, beyond the original description.

  • You are navigating a shift: a new executive, more responsibility, a promotion conversation, a broader mandate, or the feeling that your work has outgrown the way people talk about it.

  • You want to become more strategic without becoming vague about what you actually do.

  • You want to make your contribution visible without performing importance.

  • You want to build sharper judgement, clearer operating language and more confidence using the tools now shaping the role.

  • You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed question. Sometimes the work begins with: I know something is changing, but I do not quite know how to name it yet.

This is probably not for you if you are looking only for CV support, interview preparation or basic role training. There are better resources for that stage.

IF YOU ARE AN EXECUTIVE READING THIS

An EA who is clear about their mandate, their contribution and their relationship with you does not just protect your calendar. They protect your attention. They carry context you would otherwise have to carry yourself. They notice what has not moved and do something about it before you have to ask.

Many get there through instinct. Support can make that growth clearer, faster and less lonely.

The difference can show up in how proactively they operate, how clearly they communicate, how well they use the tools available to them, and how much complexity they can confidently hold without everything having to route back through you.

This is worth considering when someone close to you is growing into broader scope, working with a new executive, or doing work that has outgrown the way people currently talk about it. The aim is not to pull them away from the work. It is to help them do it with more clarity, judgement and confidence.

HOW IT WORKS

01

SHORT INTRO CALL

We start with a 20-minute call. You tell me where you are, what is shifting in the role, and what you would like support with. I explain how I work and what the coaching can help with. If the fit feels right on both sides, we book the first session. If another kind of support would be better, I will tell you honestly.

02

THE SESSIONS

Sessions are 60 minutes by video. You bring what is live for you: a question, a situation, a conversation, a role shift, or something you have not quite found language for yet. There is no fixed curriculum. The conversation is focused, practical and shaped around what you need to think through.

03

BETWEEN SESSIONS

You have space to reflect and apply what becomes clear. For the four-session package, I am available by email if something comes up that genuinely cannot wait. The work continues at your pace, with enough structure to make it useful and enough space for the real question to emerge.
